"The food is really good, I love getting food from there. The issue is the Carside pickup. What is the point of Carside when they won’t even come out or they will take a half an hour or more?! This has happened to us too many times and we’re done doing it. It’s not okay, our food is cold. They are just lazy, they need to do their job and care about their customers."

"No stars for Applebees worst experience I have ever had at any establishment would not serve us any drinks service was very slow they acted as if they didn’t want us there after an hour and still no food we left and they clapped as we left no we were not out of hand we are in our 60s don’t bother complaining nothing will get done because they don’t care apparently they feel as if they are better than you"

"Went for my daughter's 21st birthday. The food was good. The service was excellent. The bartender was our waitress and she was very attentive. She explained some drinks to my daughter and was very fast with serving us. She offered my daughter a birthday sundae (which we found out I was charged $2.99). There was not discussion of a price of this birthday sundae. Only downfall I could find."
