"As a former Head Housekeeper and front desk employee myself…This place has horrible service. Housekeeper was extremely rude. Extremely sort staffed and dirty! Pool didn’t have towels and getting a bath towels replaced was a struggle! Charged $30 for a blanket that needed to be replaced!"

"The beds were like cots, the room smelled, the room had a part of a used condom on the floor, and the phone did not work. I asked to be placed at the front of the hotel and was placed in the back. There was no cell service at all and the whole place felt sketchy at best. I instantly knew that this was probably not a safe place when I spotted the bullet proof glass in the front. There was no staff that I saw. There was really hardly anyone even renting the rooms from what I could tell. Even the outside smelled like cigarettes rotting. I tried my best to keep an open mind until I saw the condom and smelled the room that made me sick."

"The service was great, anything we asked was handled. Upon arrival,our room still had clothes in the bathroom and one of the beds was not made. The clerk quickly responded to our complaint and corrected the situation immediately by then cleaning our room even while being admonished by his boss to get back to the front desk (they were not that busy). They did provide an adequate breakfast for us. A lot of the dining room is closed down and stacked up,a lot of halls and areas that you would think would be lit and bright are not. The room was clean otherwise and satisfactory for our needs. It was comfortable and quiet."

"The mold. We got used to the smell, but the mold in the A/C burned my eyes. For a no pets policy, the whole hall smells like wet dog. I understand it’s a 2 star hotel, I can look past the peeling paint and dented doors, but the moldy air was awful. The beds were relatively comfortable, lots of good pillows. Great water pressure. And all of the staff we met were AMAZING. The Wi-Fi is terrible. Can’t connect on devices that don’t also use data like computers and kids tablets. Ask for extra towels to put in the gap under the door. Pool was nice but over chlorinated. Hot tub jets do not work. Every time you leave you have to get used to the smell again when you return. It could be so nice if they invested in it."
