"I really try and be fair and honest on my reviews that being said this place is always poorly handled in the mornings they should worry about the long customer lines instead of trying to stock the tobacco products and shelves. We're trying to get to work on time and it never happens when we're stop there at 7am and the BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS THE STUPID MARKED GAS AND DIESEL PUMP HANDLES"

"The five star rating was due to my experience which I had with an employee that was working the drive-thru on Friday, July 24th in the evening. Not many people will take the time to give good remarks about the service they receive but I would like to let the company about a wonderful and pleasant employee. I was stopping to get gas and cigarettes and realized that I did not have a face mask. I proceeded to go through the drive-thru. I was welcomed by a employee who was very pleasant to do business with. I am regretful that I did not get her name. My friend and I were a bit unorganized but she was very patient and understanding with us. Hopefully, giving the date and time of day the company will know the employee I am talking about. I have never had a bad experience at this location but this time I thought a good review was needed. Thank you for your dedication in serving the Eastern Kentucky area!"
