"Suzanna does a fantastic job, however she is no longer doing dogs that may cause her stress, so unless you have a small dog or one that is absolutely great with getting nails clipped or with the grooming experience then you will need to find somewhere else. Mine doesn't like his nails trimmed, especially his right front, so I am unable to bring him back."

"This place is amazing! I have a Doberman that did not want his nails done as a puppy.. I use a nail grinder for my Belgian Malinois, but Viper my doberman wasn't having it.. After attempting to have my vet sedate him for a nail trim I learned that wasn't an option.. I got to reading reviews and looking at local groomers who would be up for the challenge.. I was lucky enough to stumble upon Shaggy Tails. From the phone conversation to every encounter there after they have been professional and extremely helpful.. My doberman looks foward to going to Shaggy Tails, they treat my baby like he was there own.. They have successfully desensitized my dog to getting hils nails done. I started out going weekly when he was 4 months to get over the rough period.. Now 10 months later he goes every 2 weeks.. Ive never had to make an appointment, I've never had any issues.. I even had them do a full groom on him at one point with NO APPOINTMENT and they did an amazing job!! Kudos to the ladies at Shaggy Tails they truly have a passion for animals and the work they do..
