"My daughter got a pair heels for a gift for me , but I had surgery on my knee and can't where high heels and I don't live here in Albany ,GA and I just wanted to exchange them didn't want a refund and I understand the rules but if a person got them as a gift help them out. I'm 50 and they won't even help..I'm not a resident her and drove down and they wouldn't even help...that's not good service.."
