"I visited this place with my girlfriend, she had bever been to one and i wanted to show her that is kinda like a cheaper version of decor and some really cool stuff for a very decent price. My first complaint is that as we were walking around, we were able to find assistance to ask a question. Then at time of check out, we went through self-checkout and chose the cash option and waited several minutes until i walked around looking and going in the back of the store and sticking my head in the employees only door and asking someone to come take the cash for our check out."

"My first time in a Pop Shelf store was recently in Thomaston, GA. It was neat, clean, nice displays. Most impressive, though, was that the staff (I believe she was the manager) not only escorted me to the aisles for things I was looking for, but helped me with my choices. Of course I found many things I wasn’t looking for, as well. When I returned home to Tampa, FL, I was pleased to find that we now have Pop Shelf here as well. It’s not near my home, but I’ll soon find an excuse to check out my nearest Pop Shelf in Tampa."
