After calling around to other stores and getting unsatisfactory service over the phone, I was surprised when the manager answered the phone here. She was professional but friendly, and so helpful. When I visited, the great service continued, and I was very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for children's shoes."

"It is alright. They do have decent selection, but usually do not have the sizes we are looking for. Also, why are they so many journeys? Knock down a wall and combine two stores to fit all of them in one so more variety of stores can come through."

Especially Crysta, she was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the brand they carry and also was able to order the shoes that my niece wanted. "If I could pick no stars I would! The WORST customer service I’ve ever had in my life! I went in (the gate was up so I assumed they are open) so I ask for a size in a shoe the girl says “we aren’t open” rudely... so I left and came back about 30 mins later we’ll then I asked for help and she was still so rude!!!! So I told her I would shop somewhere else. But seriously, where’s her customer service skills? She deserves to be fired."
