"I was referred to this office after spending 6 hours in the UHC ER. They fit me in 3 days after receiving the referral. My appointment was at 8:45. The person who sent over the referral told me the office was in Bridgeport. Google maps confirms this location. I get to the office in Bridgeport at 8:45. I noticed it was a pediatrics facility. I call and they tell me the office is actually in Fairmont. I told them that I would be there, but now i would be late because of some misunderstandings. They told me that was fine. I get to the Fairmont location at 9:00. When i go to check in, they say they can’t see me today, and that their next appointment isn’t for another month?? Considering this was an emergency appointment, I am extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism and organization on behalf of UHC. Save yourself the time and frustration and go somewhere else!"
