"Customer service is absolutely horrible. Went in to return a few pair of jeans Ronda the cashier was very rude i spoke and said good evening no response, i let her know i was wanting to get a gift card for these items . Took them out the bag and handed her the receipt. I folded up the bag and asked her can i give it to her she replies the trash is over there and points at the door with an attitude. I said my apologies i thought you all might have had a trash can behind the the counter. She ask me did i want my old receipt i told her no it was fine but i could throw it away in the trash on my way out . She snatched my new receipt of the printer balls up the old one and rolls her eyes smacks her teeth and says have a good day. Totally unnecessary. Customer service is extremely important to me will not come back to this location."
"Goodwill needs to either open their dressing rooms or allow people to return items for the money they paid for it. Im sick of being taken advantage of by a corporation who acts like they care about individuals who struggle financially. Not to mention it’s absolute bologna that the dressing rooms are still closed. Pure laziness if you ask me. So sick of it."
"I donated some things today and there was someone donating a totally fine dresser and the guy working there told him to throw it into the dumpster. That's not sustainable at all! I am sure someone would have taken the dresser. Even if it would be for free."
"This store, much like many goodwills now, has become overpriced. I see walmart brand tanks and shirts for the same price they were in store, or 'high end brands' for only 30-40% off retail. It's really disappointing that they do this now because it's clear they don't actually care about helping those that need it and are just catering to people who go thrifting because it's 'trendy'. The staff that works the registers tend to be nice and I've found a few good finds here, but it's not a store I would recommend"
"By far, the worst service ever! If I could rate zero stars I would. I had took my daughter's kitchen set and other items to the donation side where a guy working stood in the doorway and told me to unload in the bin. I got out the car and told him I need help which in return he started walking towards be talking fast and rude saying " what you got!!" Then asked me "if you go to the store do you load into your car?" What do you do? So rude!!! I told him the policy at this Location is the workers unload. It was such a terrible experience, a very long story/argument, no manager was there, now I will be speaking with the store manager today. Terrible experience!!!"
