"The staff is extremely rude & NEVER answers the phone when I call. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes, still nobody picked up so I just hung up. Most of the time they just won’t answer and you’ll get the voicemail. However, Dr. Bonfili is awesome!!"

Sometime referrals take a few but honestly that is just healthcare in general. I will follow this office to where ever they go."

"Doctor Bonfili is cordial, attentive, and doesn't seem to rush. However the nursing staff are not great representatives of people in the health career field. Prior to being seen by the doctor, when taking weight measurement, there is no account for clothing being worn. Nurse seemed to be having a hard time breathing just moving around the office. The phlebotomist is a great at their job so no complaints there. Much room for improvement but overall not bad."

"I loved this office at first because we were leaving Dr. Horners office, who had always seemed to have forgotten to order supplies and was a challenge scheduling an appointment. Now, let me explain, when someone uses Tricare, it seems like Doctors don't care about them very much. Unfortunately for me, I am in Tricare Prime Remote which pays very little money to the outrageous bills that doctors send out. #1, she was unaware that I needed a whooping cough shot after my son was born. (You are supposed to have one of those every time you have a child) #2, her staff didn't call me until 45 days later about a referral to a foot doctor. Her staff blamed it on Tricare, even after Dr Cane's office told me that her staff never sent the referral until 45 days later. So far, I have NOT found a good doctor in this area, therefore good luck, and I hope this post helps anyone else with Tricare to go elsewhere."
