"I told them we had issues with the heat blowing cold air and the light in bathroom flickering off while in used. I was nice when made the complaint and told them to please wait until morning because my children were sick and in bed. They called my husband waking the kids and getting them all excited. They disrespected my wishes and sent someone up regardless. Also they are overpriced. We were charged over $500 for two nights when online and other Hampton inn in the same city charged way less. We do not recommend this place."

"Service was great. Very nice front desk personnel. Room was big and beds were comfortable. Only suggestion would be to change the shower head. It doesn’t let out a lot of water. Heat/air worked great. Quiet. Good selection of TV channels"

"I stayed here for 7 nights (a week total) in mid December 2023. Overall, I had a positive experience and would be willing to stay here again if I visit this part of Atlanta again. I actually thought service was great (4 stars). I've read a lot of the 1 star reviews criticizing the service but during my week here all of the front desk people were friendly and helpful. There was one time when I wanted to send a fax but the fax system was down. And it is a little annoying that for Hilton Rewards they give you 2 bottles of water when you check in but that's it (as opposed to a bottle of water per day) - that makes it disadvantageous for longer stays. But other than that I have no complaints about the service. FYI: I had to move my extensive comments about the breakfast food, the rooms, and the walkability/location to subsections because of the character limit for this field."

"Overall, highly satisfied with my stay. Rooms are beautiful and huge. No bedbugs (which is always a fear of mine staying anywhere). Very convenient location, was less than 10 minutes from our main attraction. Breakfast had a good selection of choices. I like how what was being served changed based on the day. Only issues was the parking fee, something like that needs to be calculated into the total cost of the hotel. Not an added fee when you show up."

"Great location. Front desk person checking me in was outstanding. Help with luggage storage and kept me informed of early check in. Walls were thin and there was noise coming from the next room 2 in the morning. A call to the front desk sorted it. Breakfast was a 1 star. Limited choices, long refills and one morning ran out of juice. Free flow of coffee was nice though. There are limited parking in the same building with more in the adjacent building. There were 4 charging points reserved for EV however i observed guest do not respect. If you need one maybe a good idea to ask hotel to reserve for you."
