Starbucks

"Literally what I got from the drive thru from StC Starbucks. This is NOT the first time I’ve had horrible service from this location. But when I’m paying almost $7 as a treat to myself I expect a full cup and the order to be correct. Nothing about this cup is correct. It pays to visit other locations when wanting something you actually pay for."

"Okay I really am so I don't even know what word to use.... Starbucks is decent guys but really do you really see how much money you're actually spending it's like ridiculous and nowhere near good enough for the price that you pay!! I have been in Starbucks various locations many times and each and every time I am just neutral there is nothing great or amazing or unique or fantastic about it they're just very very expensive strong strong coffee no matter what you get the snacks are okay I mean I just I don't know what to say I don't think Starbucks is worth it at all they're fruity drinks not bad I have found myself paying the money for one or two of those particularly the pink drink but everything else I'll pass I really cannot figure out what so great about them though there's nothing horrible about them service is good atmospheres pleasant employees are nice I don't know I just don't think the product is worth the money"

"I went to this Starbucks in Kroger to get some coffee and they had no way to print me a receipt or email it to me and they refused to refund my bank card. Their only option was to give me cash. I wanted my card refunded and they refused so I left after hearing from the manager that there was no way they could provide a receipt or a refund and refused the products I ordered because I have the right as a consumer to have a reciept to know what they charged me and/or get a refund to that same card they charged. The manager was super nice and tried to help and broke down in tears because she said she has been trying to get the receipt problems resolved for weeks and neither kroger or Starbucks is helping them to be a responsible place to buy goods with a recipe of purchase."

"Good place to go on a hot day I received a free cold drink on Happy week of kindness I love Starbucks at Kroger. I definitely be coming back to Starbucks. I received this free cup at Kroger couple weeks ago and it sure was a refreshing I’m not going to throw away my Starbucks cup it means everything to me"
