"Rude customer service. They really didn’t want to help me get the shoes I needed. I had to ask multiple times until I finally got upset and almost yelled to just GO GET THE SHOES. Lady was also asking the kid I nanny for her information about where her parents were etc. I had to intervene and tell her to stop asking about personal business. The manager in the shoe section was no help either. I asked him for a different size and he just said I don’t have it. Instead of giving suggestions on what he did have. Such a shame especially because Von Maur’a customer service is usually great."

"My family and I went into Von Maur and was followed by a woman that worked in the kids department. She stared at us the entire time we were there. At one point, she came to the rack we were looking at clothes and starts fixing the clothes. The rest of the time we were there she stood behind us, hands crossed, not speaking. At check out, I told her how uncomfortable she made us feel standing behind us without greeting us. She responded with, “where else would I be?” Usually, I have a great experience at this store. The employees are welcoming and nice, but this woman made me want to never come back. I didn’t get her name, but she’s an older woman."

"I usually buy my wife's gifts here,clothes and cosmetics. She likes it and they have a good selection. I wish they had a better selection of men's clothes and what they do have is too expensive. I shop for my clothes next door at that other place that starts with a D."

"Super clean store and very spacious. Tjey have great collection of clothing for Men, Women. Kids and infants. Store was decorated well for holidays. Excellent decoration. People behind this decoration had to be appreciated for the great work."
