"OMG , the staff (one lady) is crazy no customer service or respect of any kind. I understand you might have a bad day but that doesn't mean you can start a Rant/Yell/Shout just because we kept our clothes on the couch that was blocking the fitting room. My husband and I went to the store and we went there and selected a few clothes to try but when we went to the fitting room it was closed so w.e kept his clothes on the couch that was blocking the fitting room This rude staff just came and asked us if we kept it there and just started yelling/ranting about it so bad so bad. Never coming back again there is no shortage of places to go and shop from.But you just lost yourself few customers. So bad man so bad."

"On Wednesday evening my wife and I were shopping for clothes for our baby. We could not find the size we needed so my wife decided to check the mannequin. Not soon after my wife touched the mannequin a young woman came over and rudely said to my wife, "Do you need help with something?" My wife replied, "No, I was just checking to see if this mannequin had the correct size, I am sorry." The staff member was extremely rude and continued to say, "That's why you don't touch things that you aren't supposed to." Finally, when she walked away she said, "Some people are such animals in this store." My wife is a woman of color and being called an animal for touching the mannequin was extremely out of line. The reviews on Google for this location have multiple reviews about rude staff. What is going on with this location? This employee needs to be terminated. We believe this was racially motivated and we plan to take further action. NorthPoint can't close fast enough! Hopefully this misreable indivdual will not be transferred to another location."

"i’ve always loved h&m but today, employees made it a terrible experience for me. Me and my friend tried on a dress in the fitting room and walked in to the hallway to show it to each other, apparently the employee told us to move but we didn’t even realize she was talking to us since she wasn’t even looking at us. As soon as i walked back into the cabin she loudly started talking bad about us to a customer or another employee, im not sure. She talked about how we were just standing in the hall in doing nothing and we were mean. When i was leaving the cabins she gave me a really bad look. I have always loved this store, but after this experience i don’t feel welcome there anymore, i will not be going back there again, and will warn people around me to not go there anymore. I still feel horrible about the way that employee treated me, i hope it does not happen to anyone else."

"The clothes are fairly cheap and they have a pretty good selection. So far as fast fashion goes they do a reasonably ethical job of producing them. I just wish it was easier to find things to fit my tween daughter, when we go here it seems like we have to wander around quite a bit to find anything."

"My teenage daughter loves this store. The store was clean and the associates were nice and helpful. Men, women, and kids apparel. A good selection of everything. The only issue we had was if you use a digital credit card it may not work. Luckily I had an actual card with me. Other than that, a great shopping experience!"
