"I've been struggling with tennis elbow and lo and behold TW's Carolina (FWIW- she has a sister named "Georgia" :-) ) provided expert advice on "arm-friendly" tennis racquets from ProKennix. Carolina also suffers from tennis-elbow and coupled with her decades (I won't say how many) of tennis playing, she guided me to a suite of demo racquets to sample. Also, I was able to purchase a great pair of NB all surface tennis sneakers in my odd-ball size. There's nothing like trying on multiple pairs in-store until the most comfortable brand/size is discovered; beats the on-line purchase experience. The combination of TW's Alpharetta brick & mortar storefront abutting their HUGE warehouse (supporting their online business) is unique! Well worth a 2.5+ hour (one-way) drive from SC! THANK YOU CAROLINA and TW! LouB"

"Don’t be fooled by photo of small space-I almost didn’t go! Showroom is small, two fitting rooms and some stringing machines, but there’s an enormous warehouse. Either investigate online first and go in to try on (shoes, clothing, etc.), or go and use one of their tablets or let them help you. I found shoes here that i haven’t found elsewhere, based on convo of what I was looking for, what was wrong with my existing, my difficult size, and their expertise. Also, talked through cold weather gear options, a good solution has eluded me bc I didn’t want to just buy a bunch of options, but knew that what I saw others wearing wasn’t for me. Location is a solid 40 min from home, but it’s worth the drive. Specifically, kudos to Carolina and Madeline, but manager also great to get me hooked up with the right resource for the question."

"Went for the first time to TW recently and had a great experience! The reason I was going was to find new Pickleball shoes. Sarah was a great help. She was so patient with me trying to find the right shoe for me. She probably brought out 6-8 different brands for me to try and never once made me feel rushed. I greatly appreciate the great customer service! I ended up going with the Sketcher Viper Court Pro. Glad I did! So far I’ve played twice in them and I can tell a difference-feet don’t feel tired and don’t hurt like they were with the Asics. After I played in the Asics Pickleball shoes I have, the ball of my left foot felt bruised. Don’t seem to have that issues with the Sketchers. Also, the Sketchers have a higher arch support than all the other shoes I tried. My runner ups were Adidas Avacourt. Sketchers insole are very comfortable. I also ended up getting a paddle-Selkirk Halo 16mm. Seems to be a solid paddle and can create a good amount of spin."

"We went to exchange a pair of tennis shoes bought online. It was the best shopping experiences of my life. A young lady named Carolina gave us personal attention to understand what my wife needed. She then worked her heart out to fit her with the shoes that she loves, with the look she wanted. Could not have been better. Online lost us to anything we can buy from Carolina, she is awesome!"
