"I accidentally booked a room at another holiday inn express on victory drive. After my 14 hour trip from Germany with 4 bags of luggage I make it to the front desk to realize my mistake. It was past 6 pm and the other hotel didn’t allow me to cancel without being charged the first night. THE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK KAM & MINIAH WORKED RELENTLESSLY TO ENSURE I COULD CANCEL AND NOT BE CHARGED. They are amazing staff who will give it their best shot to move a mountain if asked.
