"First I just want to say the management and maintenance teams are AMAZING. They are always quick to come out and fix an issue or help whenever it’s needed. For an example they helped us get our washer and dryers in the house which is above and beyond their job titles. Secondly the price of rent for the house is superrrrr affordable. We enjoy being here have been here almost a year."

"One person can't do every roof that has a problem besides the office roof getting done before the apartment's. What's the point in having a website to put in work orders and we don't get no response. The excuses are unbelievable"

"Don’t bother putting in a maintenance request. Nothing will be done about it until you call multiple times, but even then it’s hit or miss. Even if your roof and ceiling are caving in, or it’s the middle of summer and your A/C goes out. Hope you love paying an excessive amount of utilities. The vents have not been cleaning…ever. The windows aren’t sealed. Things are just painted over. Not fixed. Don’t bother reporting any type of misconduct (multiple instances of animal abuse and neglect, even though it violates post policy). Their priority is where or how you park so management doesn’t complain (even though the leasing office is the one that suggested it). Don’t bother having personal space. Staff members of all varieties will randomly show up at your door with no excuse, or notice. It may be inexpensive, but it’s not worth it."

"They helped us when we needed it most! These people are kind and unbelievable helpful. No rip off like other places! Staff is amazing, specially Adam and Raul. Very generous prices! Houses are old, but they just need TLC. We are very grateful and happy here!"
