"DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!! Even though they expect their tenants to pay their rent/bills, they themselves do not like to pay people they owe! Me and my husband did maintenance there and they owe (between me and my husband) $2400. Thanks to them not paying us, our Christmas got messed up!!! I'm doing everything I can to let people know about this company!!! Me and my husband worked there Oct-Nov 2022!"
"Very trashy place"
"I don't know who owns these apartments but they have crooks running the facility. No they don't respond to their tenants issues. If they do it's to patch the problem not fix it. I worked there Dec 18, 19, 21 and 22 of 2020. Maplewood management owes me for my work. I've contacted the manager several times, in person an gave her my business info to compensate me and phone calls with no response. I need to know who owns these apartments."
"Horrible. There was a huge mold issue that was affair ting my health. The landlord never responded to maintenance issues. So I was left with a leaking air conditioner and mold everywhere!!"
