"This is likely the best stay I've had at an RV park! I've liked it so much, that I ended up staying much longer that I anticipated! There are 14 spots with full hookups, and quite a few tent spots that are separated and very woodsy! It has the best views, hands down! The RV spots are very spread out and you cannot hear any noise from other campers. The people are very friendly, and everybody seems to be like family here! There are a couple of major towns within at least 10 mi from here, but the park is right outside of the iconic Mentone Alabama, which has some very artsy shops and some local food that is amazing! This should be a must stop on anyone's journey!"
"We are so happy we found this quiet little rv park for our stay. It’s small and no one bothers you and is great for a quiet get away! We came to visit family. The owner was very responsive when calling and made sure we were taken care of. Much better than staying at these bigger parks. Thank you for a great stay!"
"We had a little confusion checking in, they are currently in the process of remodeling and had too many people involved in the process but it was resolved. The campground is really only set up for self contained campers. There are are bath houses and they are clean but not really set up for too many car or tent campers. That said the areas they do have are beautiful and they went out of their way to help us to enjoy our stay"
"If you are looking for a smaller camp ground, nice and quiet for plenty of rest and relaxation this is the right place to come and stay a while, and it's VETERAN owned and operated so that makes it that much better, everything about this wonderful gem is top notch in my opinion, my wife and I came up here around the beginning of June and stayed here for the June Jam concert in Fort Payne, and also the day we were leaving we had the wonderful pleasure of talking with the very nice and respectful owner, of this wonderful camp ground. We will definitely be back!"
"This place is awesome! This was my first camping trip without my husband and son and I was nervous about staying alone with my daughter, but those fears vanished once we arrived. The owners Bob and Maria and daughter America are wonderful hosts. They were kind enough to let us check in early and even came to check on us once we set up. The campground is beautiful and impeccably clean. They have RVs you can stay in, bring your own, or tent camp. I have no idea how they stay hidden. They are extremely close to town and DeSoto State Park. We will definitely return. You must check them out!"
