"Don't be jealous... but we had the whole inn to ourselves! Relaxing place with great mountain feel. We relaxed in the jacuzzi on our private deck. Then we sat in leather comfy chairs and watched the sun go down over the mountains while dinner was prepared for us. Homemade breakfast in the morning! Wonderful hosts."

"This is a beautiful inn located in the North Georgia mountains. Everything about is special - the views, our beautiful room (the Grand Gahuti) and the breakfasts! Bill and Nicole go out of their way to make you feel special and welcome. We have visited several B&Bs and this one is our favorite! We can't wait to come back!"

"We love our stay at the Overlook Inn. I have been twice now with my family and we are already looking forward to the next. Nicole and Bill are absolutely amazing. Everything about our stays has been perfect. The rooms are very clean and cozy, the food is to die for and the owners are super down to earth and over all just sweet. Even though they are very busy preparing breakfast and dinner and maintaing the rooms etc., both Bill and Nicole are both ready to help with anything a guest may need. They have taken care of my family so well when we visit its like seeing friends/family. We truly cherish our time here and can't wait to come back."

"Buckle up buttercups because this is going to be a long one...in a GREAT way! Nicole - She's meant to be a host. Imagine Vanna White except in a hostess setting with great baking skills. Her breads....insert Homer Simpson drooling here. Bill - He can cook his butt off! At one point I told him to just set a table up in my room and just bring me delicious dishes. My moms a picky eater and even SHE loved the food. For those who have a toddler as a mom, you get it! The overall stay - I loved the attention to detail and small personalization's they provided. Breakfast menus had our names on them, you have cute name cards with your room name for breakfast, the microwave and mini fridge in the room, I mean I'd be here all day listing out everything I loved. The one thing that REALLY stood out was the shower and jacuzzi tub (The Celestial Room). I'm trying to book me another trip up there at the end of the month."
