"I can't give them a 5 star first off I got a letter saying they were going to cancel my auto insurance after signing up with state farm because devon didn't add me to my policey and now I'm dealing with my first home insurance claim where a tree destroyed my garage devon didn't even come look at my property and are put them at the cost to be rebuild or the clean up so now im.dealing with a nightmare and they are picking and choosing what they will cover even with personal property. I can't even rebuild due to this agent not knowing are caring for the vaule of our property. I've had a better experience with other insurance companies but state farm isn't one . After this we will be leaving state farm with our home.and auto and also commercial due to there negligence and incompetence as a agent and insurance company"
