"I accidentally broke the drain plug. I called the company to purchase a replacement part. The person I spoke with was very professional and nice. He sent me a replacement part that afternoon. It arrived in 2 days. I am very impressed with the DAM Cooler Company. Oh yeah, and the cooler held ice for 5 days in the room with us going in it 20 or 25 times a day. This Is a great product."

The backpack and hard-side cooler are always in my truck, rolling with me. The backpack is my Everyday Carry bag. The hard-side cooler is always in the bed of my truck, filled with drinks and ice. I have included some pictures. I refilled the cooler with ice on Saturday; my vehicle had been parked in the Atlanta sun since then .
