In particular, James did a wonderful job controlling the music we requested during the service, David was very kind and helpful during the services, Jeff made sure all of our speeches and notes were printed and organized, and Ernie was wonderful with his communication and coordination. Although he couldn’t be there at the service, Ernie still reached out to our family to ensure everything was going smoothly.
