"Great place. Thank you for caring for my raccoon little bandit. I miss him so much."
"Great for wildlife including medical care ,but they are n ot set up to allow the public to view their facility or animals. I had driven over 120 miles ( round trip) to deliver an injured owl as there wasn't any other facility in the 4 counties surrounding me that provided care for injured wildlife. What a shame our country can't do better."
"THIS PLACE IS AMAZING IM SO GLAD I FOUND THEM... THERE STAFF IS SO NICE.. THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT WILD ANIMALS... THANK YOU...."
"We have known this place for a very long time. It’s the go to place when you have injured or orphaned animals. But please, check their website with instructions of what to do with many animals as you often can help them reunite with their parents which is preferable."
"I would have loved to give them a 5 star but the experience my 4 year old and I had today wasn't as pleasant. When I called to make sure they had room for the 5 baby squirrels we had rescued the young lady was pleasant. When we arrived however was a whole different experience. The young lady was rude, treated me as though I were incompetent as if she was the only person who knew how to treat animals. My 4 year old wanted to see them one last time and say goodbye. As she had been helping feed and take care of them. Those babies were docile, not agitated, or nervous in anyway. They had been in a quiet, warm environment with full bellies for 2 days.Instead of having some compassion and getting down to educate her like so many of the other rehabilitation and conservation places we have visited. She told her NO and walked away as I comforted my crying upset child. I do understand they have a job to do and they are there to help the animals but please have some compassion for the people that have taken the time to help these helpless animals. Please don't treat every person that drops them off as if they are dumb and not knowledgeable. They just might be someone there to observe your job skills."
