"Are the workers always that rude to customers when they are in there asking for help? Hardly anyone spoke, and when they did they were whispering to each other. Not to mention the absolutely TERRIBLE attitude of the long haired blonde lady working there. The was she speaks to customers is wild. She couldn't tell me when a book I need would be back in stock and all around acted like they couldn't give a toss about what I needed. She even told me that "Most people that take that class haven't even used the textbook anyway," as if I didn't already know that my professor said we would need it. It wasn't obvious who was working and who wasn't either until I asked. Considering I spent $300 on two workbooks and 1 online access code, I'd like to think the workers would be nice and welcoming. I won't be shopping there anymore. I'd rather buy my books elsewhere."

"wonderful staff and very personable, knowledgeable, and great to be around been going to ths school for some time and rarely have I had a complaint. I feel listened to and understood. ACTC feels like it has never changed from the time it was opened, in terms of focusing on what a school should do, teach its students, I hear and see things like protesting at other colleges and universities but ACTC has never had that issue from my knowledge."
