"I normally LOVE Citi Trends but this particular location is awful! Customer service is terrible and the floor looked like a tornado hit it. I would understand if it was destroyed by customers and they didn't have help recovering but there were 3 cashiers and several floor employees. Also, no it wasn't a fluke because I came back the next day and some of the same items were still on the floor under clothing racks etc. This is definitely the first one I've been so disappointed in myself for even walking into."
