"The business is very unethical! First, they had a bike with a lock on it. A customer asked about the key to remove the lock and was told by a male employee that the bike was left outside with the lock on it and the owner put a price on it. WHAT? How is that okay? Then, at checkout, the couple in front of us decided to not purchase an item, and an older woman made them sign a receipt showing they weren't purchasing it??? Again, WHAT!? Then, the same older woman (who I think is the owner) decided to completely change the prices of the items I was purchasing. I spoke to an employee who priced a couple items at 0.65 cents each; however, at check out, the older woman stated it would be $1.25 each. When I spoke to the younger woman again and informed her, she said she'd be happy to honor the price and the older woman then yelled and told her she couldn't. Completely poor experience, and I would encourage you to go elsewhere. That woman is ruining everyone's experience!"
"It's a great store and my wife frequents this business often. However, the one star is for bad business practice on the evening of Tuesday, October 24, 2023. Google says they close at 7pm. She walked in at 6:45 and was told she was allotted 10 minutes but they started shutting the lights off not long after she walked in. At 6:50 everybody was walking out and the door was being locked. Why, if your business hours say you close at 7pm?"
"I enjoy going into this spot. Gives a nostalgic vibe. Decent selection of clothes, but for what it is, it's overpriced. Similar to goodwill. These are second hand clothes, a mixture of quality and just basic pieces that should be sold for much cheaper. Thrift stores are getting out of hand seeing how they get these clothes for free and charge what they do. I'll just go for the houseware."
"“manager” shows unprofessional behavior to customers by yelling at a child for ignoring her and continues to make the problem worse. We aren’t the only people she has been giving disrespectful actions to family/friends have been through the same experience. If it was possible 0 stars for this store."
"So many amazing finds. Super well organized and a great selection! When I went they had a summer sale and I got a vintage swimsuit for $1. An incredible find. In season clothes were a little expensive (I paid $33 for two jumpsuits) but the quality of the pieces in this store to me is worth it. All thrift stores have upped their prices as of late it seems as well. Sale item prices are awesome though!"
