"I have shopped and consigned here for over 2 years. It wasn’t until a few months ago an employee was very rude to my aunt and I while looking at the purses. She did come back and apologized and gave us $5 gift cards. Ever since that interaction the two times I went to consign that particular employee has refused to take my items. I bring very gently used new, tag still on items. The only reason they have ever refused my items was due to them not being in season . That particular employee claims my items have a “smoke” smell. I do not smoke. However, she wanted to take a few of the items. Soooooo those didn’t smell like “smoke” and they were in the same bag, but ok. It’s just sad that the Devil can disguise himself in such wholesome places. I have closed my account with them and I just don’t shop there anymore. I hope the employee has an attitude adjustment. "Very bad attitude of the assistant manager towards non speaking English individuals, we wanted buy a dress and when we approached the register we notice the dress was torn off so we went ahead and asked for a discount on it since the dress was damaged, but lady in the cash register said she needed approval from assistant manager, when she came definitely gave us a bad attitude and took the dress and told us it was not for sale anymore. What kind of attitude is this? Rudeness at all cost. I’m a long time consigner and customer since revive Smyrna opened as well as my family but this attitude is not acceptable."

"This consignment shop has a very nice set up and has a calm setting to it. It’s also very clean and neat. The employees are also very sweet and welcoming. They also have a really nice coffee stand where you can either sit and relax for a few minutes or shop and enjoy your coffee. I think this approach is very thoughtful and it’s appreciated. I’d definitely recommended."
