"This is the most confused and confusing store I have ever been to. One of the employees made a mistake ringing our order through the machine. Instead of saying they are sorry for the confusion, the assistant manager blamed us for the mistake. Assistant manager doesn’t seem to know her left from right. Lacks common courtesy of speaking to people as human beings. The only time she was respectful was when my husband and I informed her that we were recording her to have proof of her behavior. From that moment on she was in line. So unprofessional. Why do I have to record you first before you can treat people right? Because a little bit of power is handed to you don’t use it to hurt people"

"Gettin a lil too expensive, "closed" dressing rooms (which is we we shop in person) & limited selection will have me shop elsewhere."

"I was there shopping for my grandson. I am somewhat handicap and can't stand for long periods of time,so I would move clothes aside and sit the associate can and ask if she could bring me a chair. I thought that was very kind she was not rude but very polite. Thank you"

"It's Old Navy lacking variety as the prices rise. The store was clean and organized. No one greeted me upon walking in and no one was on the floor to assist either. Last resort store now no longer a favorite place to shop."

"Just left Old Navy with my three kids: 4 yrs, 8 yrs, and 17 yrs old. One of the store associates was the rudest I’ve ever encountered. She unpleasantly expressed that I should control my children. I was so humiliated as she openly scolded me to “control my kids” while other customers were right behind me waiting to check out. This is how it went down: My kids were nearby, waiting for me to finish checking out. My 17 yr old was tending to the 4 and 8 yr old. As I was just about to pull my card out of the reader, a female associate (not the cashier) felt the need to walk up and tell me in an unpleasant demeanor in front of other associates and customers how I should control my children. Her excuse was “there are sharp objects around and other customers.” It’s 11:20 AM, not that busy, and why the hell would there be sharp objects just lying around. I was so taken aback by her rudeness and utter disrespect, I didn’t even know what to say to her. Like who does that?! They weren’t knocking things down, climbing on displays, or messing up any merchandise. My kids were not encroaching on anyone’s personal space. They were playing with each other off to the side and out of the way. I’m tough on my kids so if they were legitimately being bad, I would have said something. I also know what is acceptable age appropriate behavior. They were being happy kids. She could’ve handled this better or she could have had patience and waited one minute later and the transaction would have been completed. If you are not equipped to handle customer service especially one geared towards family, you do not need to be there. As many people know, how difficult it can be at times to go shopping with children especially with only one parent. Whatever happened to general patience, understanding, and respect? This was clearly absent during this encounter."
