"I used to think they were good and reasonably priced with a health plan, until our small dog stopped eating and throwing up. They diagnosed as a blockage and recommended the local ER vet for possible exploratory surgery at a quoted $8000. When I said that we couldn't do that right now and said we may have to put her down, then they recommend a low cost surgical vet even closer that quoted $2000. Why not tell people that 1st. Turned out when we took her there that there was no blockage, her kidneys were failing. Banfield didn't even follow up. We're done with them."

"I have been going to this Banfield location for over a decade. I have been so grateful to the entire team here, including Dr. Laye, Dr. Youngblood, but most importantly, Dr. Sims. Throughout that time, they have treated my two dogs with the best of care. Medical appointment, annual exam, and dental cleaning was always handled by an amazing team. So when your fur babies have a very serious medical condition, you feel comforted that the providers that have been so kindly & diligently treating will continue to do so throughout the hard part of being a pet owner. I truly believe that the care received throughout the years gave us more time with both of our dogs. And for that, I am forever thankful. Dr. Sims was the primary veterinarian for my two dogs and I cannot sing her praises enough. Though I had to make a very hard decision about two weeks ago, I know that when that time comes again for me to open my heart to another dog, I will make sure that Dr. Sims is their vet as well."

Their packages are very affordable and they have allot of options to pick from so you will find something that works financially for you. They also do last minute squeeze in emergency appointments!
