"Might be fine for dogs, but did not work for me and my cats. They sent my cat home in a bandage without warning me. They scheduled more appointments than were necessary and also didn't have appointments in their system that I had paper reminders for. For those wondering, they took my cats to the back for the entire exam instead of doing it in the room with me (which is something I'm not a fan of)."

They handled Loki with care and love, making sure he was comfortable during his visit. Then called me this morning to check up on him. "my dog got surgery since she had a tumor on her belly and they made a second incision closer to her chest, we had spoken to one of the nurses there before surgery just to be sure and confirm that they’re aware about both. I came back about a week later to remove the stitches and we saw the same nurse before my dog went to the back. Yet somehow they missed one of her stitches. Did they not communicate? Did they not give her a thorough check up? My problem with this place is not only the lack of efficiency but also whenever they gave any explanation on her situation they were very vague with textbook answers. My experience here was disappointing and would not recommend."

"Great practice with great doctors! I have a dog who is my pride and joy. Each time I take her for cleanings and general care, the staff has been fabulous and she’s had excellent treatment. Customer service is everything to me and this practice does not disappoint. Dr. Hadaway has been our vet for almost 3 years and she’s thorough, compassionate and I really do believe she loves and cares for others pets as if they were her own. She’s responsive and always explained things in a way that I was able to understand. If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy vet, I would highly recommend this practice!"
