"The only reason for 4 stars is because they are pricey. We paid $6875 for a job that other plumbers came back and quoted us at $2800 -$3300 but Locklear had already started by the time the other plumber quotes came in. Plus is was a rather emergent situation. We had to have a new main water line ran. About 180 feet of piping. The response time was great. They got out fast, they got the job started in less than 24 hours. The techs were incredibly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about their tasks. They did everything we asked in the time they told us they would. They didn’t leave us with a huge mess either. We received a follow up call which was nice as well. Overall we would recommend but just know they are on the high end of pricing. I do think we got great service however."
