"My son had his car towed here 3 and half weeks ago with the promise his car would be done by the following Tuesday, was not ready by Tuesday and was told that it would be Thursday. As of yesterday morning they were putting it in the bay and would call us that evening!!! NO CALL!!! was back up there this morning with the worker lying every word out of his mouth , waited till owner got there to see ya know when they actually could get the car fixed only to find out they have moved 2 new cars ahead of his and was told if we needed it done sooner take it somewhere else !! We paid 60 dollars having the car towed there now have to pay to have it towed elsewhere! DO NOT RECOMMEND, ITS A BIG WASTE OF TIME !! AND MONEY!!"
"Not impressed! Now this would have been my first time using them and as a new customer, I would have liked to see the work being done before it gets done. I.E. examine the parts, see what's wrong, etc. But when I asked, the first response was, "what? You don't trust us?" First of all, I don't know you. Second, if I'm paying you to work on it, I expect to get to see what you are doing to my vehicle. I get insurance reasons but other shops allow customers to come look. Then I get another response of, "well, we don't have all day for you to get here". That's fine. But the guy doesn't know how long or how far away I live, how many other vehicles I have, etc. I was NOT impressed by his attitude. And this was the owner or owners son. Lost my business and the business I can bring him."
