"Don’t purchase an E4 franchise. This Jani King location mainly has accounts that are under $600. After the fees and other things, you’ll be all over Chattanooga and surrounding areas, basically working for minimum wage. And we are NEVER paid on time by the accounts so we are constantly CHARGED BACK every month and having to call jani king to see when the money will be coming. Yes, jani king charges YOU if the cleaning account doesn’t pay. Then they take forever to actually get you the check! This was a bad investment for us. We definitely do NOT recommend purchasing a franchise here"
