"Here is my experience: I contacted DMG for carpet dye services on some bleach stains. When I initially called, I was told by the phone representative that they are able to dye bleach stains and will send a technician over. Before any work was done, a DMG technician assessed the carpet and confirmed that he was able to do it and quoted me a price for the service. I approved because the carpet was only a year old, great to new condition and only had cosmetic defect from few spattered bleach stains. (See pictures for before and after) To my understanding, the technician treated the carpet once, but was informed that he tried again the following day, but didn't take. When the technician checked out with our office, he made a big 'to do' about how difficult the job was but never mentioned that how the carpet had been damaged. He is assumedly an expert in this field. It was two days after the assessment and treatment that the resident contacted me about the carpet, not the technician or DMG. (See Pictures) I forwarded the pictures to DMG and they sent a different technician only to confirm there was nothing they could do to fix the carpet. The carpet they damaged. DMG said to disregard the invoice and that I was not being charged for the service, as if that was ever going to be a conversation given the outcome. The obvious thing for me to do is replace the carpet. The damage from DMG was much worse than before, more noticeable than the bleach stains and obviously the right thing to do. When I contacted DMG to discuss this and reimbursing for the carpet, the VP of Operations quoted their warranty and that they are not responsible because the carpet was already damaged from the bleach even after I explained the cosmetic damage was not the cause for replacement. It was because they damaged a carpet. There was no err of wanting to make it right because not only did they make us look bad, they inconvenienced someone's new home. My take away from this situation is this: - The technicians multiple failed attempts were not communicated to the office. - Why didn't the technician try to test a smaller, less conspicuous area? I never used this company and know that the upside is I will never use them or recommend them. I am appalled with the service I received and will share this experience with anyone."
"Best Cleaners ever. We had our carpets cleaned back in November before the holidays and they did not do a fraction of an amazing job as Doug and his crew did. When Doug finished their where no spots no where. The last carpet service told me and my wife that the stains were permanent and we would have to replace the carpet. So we called Dye Masters to get an estimate for pricing to dye. From the time Doug entered the home, he asked why we wouldn't just clean it as it is a great quality carpet. We told him our story and he immediately assured us that it could be cleaned. My wife and I were flabbergasted as Doug and crew had restored our carpets to what could be compared to as new. Wouldn't waist time with any other companies...these are our cleaners for life. We immediately scheduled them for the fall cleaning this year."
"I had my carpet cleaned and redone by Mr . Eddie my experience with the 1st tech (JB) was not pleasant at all however I was promised that my carpet would be re done and I’m absolutely satisfied, I was told he (Eddie) had great customer service and when I walked in my apartment I was pleased with the work I like people who keep their word and having exceptional service is a big deal to me as I work in customer service as well thank you all again for making it right! The customer service rep I don’t remember her name she was pleasant as well Mrs Bessy I spoke to them both on Wednesday and they were willing to make sure I was satisfied... again Mr . Compress and Team thank you !! My carpet looks wonderful If I didn’t know any better I’d think my carpet was new the job came out outstanding!"
