"My husband purchased this through Groupon for $70. As a first time purchaser assuming services would be pre-paid for, the tech did a half job! We were ‘quoted’ $420, which allegedly included what was paid via Groupon. Because we were not home at the time, considering we had just moved out, we left the door unlocked for the tech to let himself in. Ok, the tech called and gave us his estimate. He claimed we couldn’t use our Groupon which we never understood why. My husband told him to cancel but he continued finding packages to accommodate whatever. With me giving much thought on the situation, I had to either Zelle or Cashapp $239 after being told ALL rooms in the home would be cleaned. By the time we arrived at the home, the tech was just leaving. After walking inside, we discovered two bedrooms had not been cleaned so we quickly called the tech back. The home was 3bd, 2 full baths. We learned he did not know there were two extra rooms in the back of the home, meaning he didn’t have sense to do a COMPLETE walk-through of the home (how stupid)! The Groupon purchased was for 5bd, not 2bd. So, the guy who scheduled the appointment was called and a complaint was made. He quickly attempted to reschedule which would’ve costed extra but NO thank you. *The one bedroom that was cleaned was barely vacuumed because the other half of the carpet still had small green stain spots! The living room was done ok, along with the dining room!"

"I just used the dryer duct cleaning service… and let me tell u… it’s a scam and they will try to finesse you on the price… I originally bought the service from Groupon for 31$ for a $150 service… which when I googled average cost for this it says it should be between $100 - $180… so I was ok with that… However when scheduling the lady on the phone said it would be an extra $8 per foot after 6ft of vent piping… I was ok with that considering my dryer is on bottom level of my house and vents directly under the house… so I was thinking no more than 8 ft.. When the guys got here they inspected everything… came back and said there was over 20ft of piping (unbelievable)…and that it was $17 per additional ft after 6 ft… then proceeded to quote me an extra price of $427… plus $159 for a dryer cleaning … I was like no way… I’m good… just refund my Groupon… he proceeds to try to negotiate a price… babbling about discounts and things that were definitely unclear… We negotiated getting everything done for $120 at which still seemed funny to me cause how you go from all that to just a flat price… Besides the Groupon was already worth $150… I ask shouldn’t that cover it… he proceeded to mombo jumbo about the additional footage… none the less I paid cash… cause it was something off about it and I wasn’t comfortable using any of my virtual cash payment methods… Upon finishing he asked to see my phone and told him no… why would I do that… and what could you possibly need from my phone… then he asked me leave a review of 5 stars cause it was part of my discounted price… definitely didn’t believe that cause I had already paid… and I proceeded to ask for a better discount if that was the case… then he tried to make me leave a review on Groupon and I told him he was doing too much… a further more tried to redeem my Groupon himself… saying he was just pointing to something on my phone… nawww… I knew better after his body language, demeanor, and communication was alot of shady… Very unprofessional company and staffing… I also had them take pictures of the services rendered for proof of service due to the fact they couldn’t provide me with a receipt or documentation at which I signed on his mobile device… So now this is me redoing my review in detail… NO 5 stars … Not even a 1 star…"

"Had to edit this review after they left. The whole thing felt very awkward. My husband purchased a Groupon for dryer vent cleaning that had all these caveats, EXCEPT the one the tech mentioned when he showed up to do the work. Apparently, it costs more if your duct is LESS than 6ft. So basically, unless your dryer vent is a very specific size, you’ll get an up charge. This is NOT in any of the details provided by Groupon or any of the confirmation emails the company sent us before they showed up (they just tell you there’s an up charge if the duct is MORE than 6ft - which makes more sense). Fine, we decided to move forward with it after all. They insisted on my making payment before they were done with the service, so they could send a picture to the office proving I had paid. Never heard of that before. Then they sent me a link to click on, taking me directly to the Google page to leave them a review. I had to repeatedly ask “what are we doing right now” before they would tell me “leaving a review”. They automatically input 5 stars FOR ME. I felt all this pressure to leave a good review because they insisted they had to take a picture of the review I left. This whole thing was shady as all get out. Groupon will be hearing from us about it for sure."

"I used my Groupon. It cost more than I had thought. When it was all said and done, it cost me $1549.00, including what I paid for my groupon.. A little miss leading. They said it would cost $99.00 each time I do it now. He did give a senior discount, but it wasn't much. They had canceled on me twice after waiting all day for them . Both times, they were supposed to be here from 2-4:00 pm."
