"Took two pea coats for cleaning and one coat looked worse than it did when I dropped it off. The other coat looked exactly like it did when I dropped it off. It’s as if they didn’t even clean them and just stapled a ticket onto the tag. I’m very disappointed. The stitching done on the pants I dropped off was mediocre. First last visit to this place."
"I took 2 very important suits there, one white and one off white with pearl embellishments. I expressed that I had them cleaned 3 other times at 3 different cleaners and was not pleased with either experience. I was advised of the possibility of some of the pearls coming off of one suit in the cleaning process. I was very pleased that no pearls were missing and both suits were cleaned excellently!"
