I do customer service for a living for a company that believes that customer service is the upmost priority of everything it is number one in who we are. This review involves Melissa and her awesome staff of employees at moms do it best cleaning service. I met Melissa on the next-door app for my local neighborhood. I was looking for a new cleaning service and found her on the app. I set up a meeting to meet with her in person and she came by and did a complete walk-through of my apartment. I’ll tell you I am totally blind have no vision and do require assistance especially in the cleaning department. When I met Melissa I was totally in all of her her attention to extensive detail as well as the total commitment that she and her employees make with their company to ensure it’s not only done right but done right the first time and all the way. She is willing to expand maximum effort and believes in doing so in everything that she touches. The customer service that I received from Melissa at mom‘s do it best is above and beyond awesome in fact, it is off the chain. I gave them my highest recommendation for customer service attention to detail communications and keeping the client informed. Melissa provided before and after videos of the job as well as kept in constant communication via voice and text with me throughout the whole entire process. She expended the highest maximum effort that I’ve ever seen in customer service. Since customer service has been what I’ve done my whole life I’ve seen a lot of things and it’s had a lot of experiences. Melissa and her crew taught them all to get my highest recommendation.
