"The cleaners from TJ’s were really nice and sweet and did a decent job at cleaning our home we just bought. However, there was a drawer in the kitchen we told the cleaners were left over from previous owners and we’d move the items before they clean the kitchen so the drawer was empty for them to clean. However, upon the cleaners finishing up and have already left, we found that all the items from that drawer were gone. Even though the items were left over from previous owners, we did not request the cleaners to take or throw away the items. Tried looking in our trash bins and we couldn’t find the items. We assume the cleaners took it with them. Update: TJ’s was very quick to respond about the miscommunication with the utensils and provided a refund of $50. Thank you for the quick and nice service!"
