"Very polite as they text when on the way, when they arrived, and personally thanked me when they left. In the past I recall seeing your team wear safety harnesses but this time neither man did. He spoke limited English and smiled and said “We are OK”. I told him the fall from the back side of the house would mean certain death and he smiled and assured me he was OK. Good service but unnerving to see someone that high with no safety rigging. Keep your General Liability policy paid up."

"I received continual text updates about my upcoming service, and also received a text update when they were on their way. The technicians arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and they did a good job while being very quick to finish the job on my windows. I had some changes (additions and deletions) that I discussed with the technicians at the start of my job and there was some confusion and misunderstanding between me and Alex around the changes since he was unaware of my discussion with the technicians, in reference to me wanting the bill recalculated. Alex called and apologized for the confusion and made everything right. Companies might get great reviews when everything goes as planned but with anything there can be a hiccup. The key is how companies manage customer satisfaction when there is an issue. With the quality of the work and the way they resolve issues it is a plus. I would definitely recommend this company for the best overall price, quality, professionalism, and speediness of completing the job."
