"If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff and store manager are very nice and customer-focused. The issue with this business is the owner. We have been customers of this business for several years and have never had an issue. We recently took a 6'x9'wool rug worth over $700 in for cleaning (not the first time we've taken a rug there for cleaning). The rug had some minor spill spots, but no major issues when we let it with them. This business outsources a portion of their cleaning services, including rugs, to other vendors. When the rug was returned to us, it was not only NOT clean, but it was DAMAGED beyond repair. There was yellow streaking on both ends and the center of the rug was ruined with the backing completely torn, and a major bump in the middle that could not be flattened. It was as through they doused it wet cleaner and hung it over a large round pole. We returned the rug and proceeded to wait over 2 months for a back-and-forth process of them sending it back to the store and us inspecting it again. After the third attempt to "fix" the rug, it was not only still damaged, but it smelled horrible. We had no choice but to dispose of it We asked for compensation from the shop to replace the rug or at least for half of the value of the rug. The store manager was very apologetic and we could tell he wanted to do something for us. The owner took the stance that it wasn't her problem and she flat-out refused to do anything. I would not recommend taking anything of value to this cleaner since they will not stand behind their customers. It just takes one bad experience to know a reputable business versus a shoddy one. We have the answer on this business and it was a costly lesson for us. Before and After pics attached."

"WORST DRY CLEANERS IN ROSWELL! They have a huge sign boasting that they clean rugs. I brought in my rug and asked them if they could clean it in a week.They agreed. Rug came back in the same dirty condition,only this time smelling of mildew with rust stains on it. Sent it back for a 2nd try only to find that they outsourced the cleaning and blamed the other guy. I spoke with the other guy who agreed to clean it a 2nd time and not charge for any of it since he had damaged it. This time the odor was removed,but the rust still remained. The worker called the owner and agreed to spot clean it to avoid paying me for the cost of the rug. When I returned the following day, the spot cleaning worked, but the owner was there asking me to still pay (this was a 2 month debacle).When I refused, she asked me and my husband not to come back."
