"Image Maid Teams have been helping me to keep my home in the condition I want since I moved here in the spring of 2020. "My" team arrives on the appointed day and time ready to go to work. Team members are extremely courteous, personable, well coordinated, thorough and efficient. Joyful even! Image Maid Teams accomplish in one hour what it takes me 4-6 hours to do. My relationship began out of necessity due to an injury; it has evolved into a relationship that is vey valuable."

"Just had our second home cleaning…first cleaning was over priced for what it was. I requested a deep clean, got a “deluxe clean” which is apparently different. That was okay, just $300 for not a super thorough clean. It’s a small ranch house, they milked the clock. But this was my first ever experience having a house cleaner, so I let it go. Second cleaning, $119 for 1 hour, this was almost perfect, missed a few small things, I pointed it out, they came right back to address these things to my satisfaction, which I thought was great. My problem is that one (or more) took a cigarette break when they thought they were done with my house. It’s raining so I imagine they didn’t roll the window down and the smell got all over them, so now my house smells like cigarettes when it should smell clean…it’s just unfortunate, I get it, but the smell alone is half the benefit of a clean house. They’ve all been very nice, and again it’s clean to satisfaction, just doesn’t smell that way. I’m unsure if I’d recommend image maids or not, I’m debating if I should have them back or look elsewhere, I feel like they’re so close to being exactly the service I want… Edit, third cleaning was finally up to par, but they refuse to let me request that team moving forward, very rude and oblivious to proper customer service. Will NOT be using image maids again."

Over the years I have used maid services, each service company would start out great but after a few months the quality of the cleaning job would deteriorate to the point that I would terminate my service. This is not true with Image Maids, each cleaning was as great as the first. I highly recommend their service."
