"Judging by all the 5 star reviews, maybe I received a unique experience. They first cancelled my cleaning an hour before but were able to work it out and come a bit later. I paid $340 (including tip) for a move-in cleaning done on our new 1,100 sq foot house on 4/5/23. It was advertised as a “deep clean.” We just physically moved into the house today (4/16) and it does smell clean—floors and most surfaces look good—but I’ve noticed a lot of baseboards and even basic surfaces like sinks that are still dirty that have never been used by us. Maybe I have a higher standard of “clean” but I didn’t expect to pay that much and still see grime in the corners, super dusty ceiling fans, and old toothpaste in the sink. Guess I’ll be finishing the job myself."
