"Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and caring toward my beloved pet. I was able to get a same day appointment for my injured dog which was such a relief. My “home vet” couldn’t get him in for another week and would’ve charged extra if I brought him as a walk in. My dog was established at Southwood through the rescue organization, so I called them instead. I appreciate the price of services staying affordable during this time of extreme inflation, so I will likely be switching my other dog to Southwood too."

"They were so comforting & compassionate when I had to make one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make. I had to say goodbye to my fur baby of 17yrs Tank. They were so patient and rush me when it was time to say goodbye. Very understanding. I will definitely bring my other pets there just hopefully not for the same heartbreaking thing."
