CVS Pharmacy

"This is my go-to pharmacy. It's normally good with wait times around 5 minutes or less per customer. Sometimes it's 20 minutes per in the drive thru, but rarely. I have gotten pretty good at estimating wait times by the line lol... The scheduled lunch closures are a nuisance at best. Yes they deserve lunch, but they don't have coverage to stay open by staggering lunches. Something to be aware of before heading their way... The shortage of workers is apparent, and I'm not sure if it's an issue with the location or a universal issue with skilled staff availability - I suspect universal worker shortages."

"This pharmacy has gone downhill. We waited in drive-thru for almost 30 minutes only to be told script was not ready despite calling to check on status and told it would be ready the day before. Then, was informed it would be next day, so I call again and automated service said it’s on auto-refill but would be filled that day. To make sure, I went through hoops trying to speak to a pharmacist and was on hold for what it seemed like forever. I finally hung up. Get it together, CVS on Russell Parkway. People have options and will get tired of this nonsense and take their business elsewhere."

"Ordered a prescription online and it was supposed to be ready for pickup at 2:00. I drove into town to be there at 2:00. I waited over ten minutes in line and when I finally got to the counter and told the lady my name another lady said I was just calling you. We don't contract with your insurance anymore. The call came in at 2:05. I absolutely hate having my time wasted. That call should have been much earlier. Complete lack of professionalism. I think that just fixed it where I won't be contracting with CVS any longer."
