"My husband gifted me a deep cleaning and I have never had anyone ever clean my house other than myself. Cleaners arrived on time and were friendly but I guess I had different expectations of what a deep cleaning entailed. Most of the time was spent dusting but after they left and I went around my house I still found dust on higher surfaces like the light fixtures in the bathroom and pictures on the walls. I think the baseboards were done at least. A lot of time was spent in the kitchen wiping down cabinets and I appreciate that. I thought walls would be wiped down where there were splatter marks or the back of the stairs where scuff marks are. I thought the windows would be sprayed and washed inside and none were. It could just be me and I have high expectations for something that is costly. Overall, I would have just paid the price for a regular cleaning because I felt like that's what this was. I know now I can continue to clean myself and just put a little extra work in to dusting. Thanks for the experience though."

I would not book this cleaning for my home seeing how they do my client home. And about not being on time they didn’t call either my client had to leave a message for a call back, unprofessional!"
