"Move therapist on me and never called back to set me up with new one talk a good game about wanting to help veterans but more concerned about their petty office drama then helping anyone these 5 stars reviews have to be fake"

"My husband filled out the paper work weeks ago and they never called to set him up to see anyone. He called two days ago and they said they would call him back within 24 hours; needless to say he'd still waiting! Good thing he's not right on the edge. Do better!"

"Tried calling for help. They do not provide service to Veterans. The person answering the phone can hardly even be understood. I was referred to this office by the VA."

"Called two weeks ago to schedule an appointment. Called again to day to get a status update for my appointment request. I wish I could give a true review but I can’t even be contacted to schedule an appointment."

"Went to this center to help get my claim started. They helped with my claim but submitted my claim and told me when I get home I can add additional documents to the claim. I was trying to figure out why I could not submit documents and when I called back to this location I was told to contact the VSO, that was incorrect. I finally called and got the information I needed and the reason I could not add is because my claim 'was submitted and you can't add documents once submitted. This location failed the soldier."
