"They weren't friendly towards my pups.. They seemed disgruntled when I refused one of the services they wanted to do.. which I did because I knew it was not imperative to achieve wellness, and I honestly just couldn't afford it. The tech seemed irritated by that. Which, honestly, didn't feel good. I tried to tell them my dog had skin allergies, they said it was probably a light case of mange... Didn't bother offering any remedy for that. I could go on, but, I think I have made my point. On a positive note, the girl at the front desk was cordial, and the facility was clean."
