"LOVED Dr. Rich and the rest of the staff. If I could give 10 stars, I would do so without hesitation. My kitty cat had something going on with his ear and was in a lot of pain. I couldn't find anyone else in town that wasn't booked through the whole month to see LoMein (aside from an emergency vet that would cost $175 for the exam alone). I found a coupon online for $25 off the exam for first time visits, so it only cost $50 to have him seen and it was the SAME DAY. I just moved to town, so had it not been for these folks, I don't know what we'd have done. I interacted with 4 staff members who made us feel welcome and that we were in great hands. They demonstrated how LoMein's ears needed to be cleaned and were very patient in teaching me what needed to be done. He was at ease because of their overall vibe, and that helped turn an unexpected situation that was not favorable into one that was delightful. I'm actually looking forward to going back for a follow up. I'm not an antisocial individual by any means; I've just never had better service combined with customer service."
