"I paid them to put my dog down and gave a full cash payment to have her cremated. They had my dog picked up to be cremated but did not give my payment to the crematory, almost 2 weeks and no one called me so I had to call them. Now all of a sudden my dog was being cremated as we speak. So dealing with the loss of my baby for 15years, now not knowing what really happened to her will always be on my mind."
"Listen if you schedule an appointment to get your animal fixed please call before your appointment to make sure the price is still what they quoted you.. I called last Wednesday November 22nd and was quoted a price $221 [under] and $245 [over] . Came into my appointment November 28th and it was a difference from what I was told. $320 [under] and $340 [over] I was clearly shocked when I saw this and even asked. The man up front said they had a price raise. And they couldn’t honor the price. Please let the women know who answer the phone what your prices are so no one else gets the shock I did when I showed up to my appointment. If I would have been told about the price raise it would have been different but not knowing and coming in to find out it’s a lot more than what you were told. Including if someone like me wasn’t budgeting to spend $672 [still a lot cheaper than other places in Carroll County but still not what I was budgeting for] for two dogs to be spayed. I just want this out there so if someone expecting to pay one price and come in to another price and can’t afford to get their animal fixed.. Beside this hiccup all the employees here where absolutely sweet! You can tell they love the animals they work with."
